All orders are packed in secure, tamper-proof bubble-wrap and dispatched via registered courier. You’ll receive your tracking link via email within 3 business days of ordering.
Do NOT ship to any address with a history of customs confiscation.
Please note we do not recommend shipping to PO boxes or similar mail holding services. If you input a PO box address or similar, we will ship it out but any failed delivery will not be eligible for refunds or reshipment.

Estimated transit is 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Reshipment Policy
Approximately 98% of parcels clear customs without issue. In the rare event of a failed shipment (as indicated by the tracking link), you may opt for a reshipment at 70% off product cost (buyer covers shipping).
For reshipments caused by customs rejection, we recommend using a separate shipping address (eg. sibling/parent/friend/workplace).
